COVID-19
We care for your health and our ambassadors’ safety during pandemic.
What do we do to ensure your safety? What can you do to keep us safe?
We’re committed to continue putting your clothing back into a cycle of reuse and recycling despite the pandemic.
What can you do?
Please make sure to carefully prepare the clothes you want to donate. Please wash the clothes.
Put them in a clean box or a sturdy bag. The easiest way to sanitize the containers is with an antibacterial spray or wipes. Please make sure that the box or bag is not overflowing.
Please make sure to sanitize your hands before the pick-up
During the pick-up, please wear a mask and keep a safe social distance from our ambassador of at least 1 meter. They are required to wear a mask and gloves during the appointment.
What do we do?
Our brand ambassadors are fully vaccinated and will have sanitized their hands and/or wear gloves when they arrive to pick up your clothing.
They will carry a mask and wear it if they see you are wearing yours.
We will be continuously monitoring the pandemic situation to be sure that we, and you, are comfortable and safe donating your clothes during COVID and doing the right thing by keeping your clothes out of landfills.
Please reschedule your pick-up appointment if:
You are feeling unwell or if you know that someone in your household has COVID-19 or is awaiting test results.
You are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, and/or gastro-intestinal issues
(see additional information from the CDC).You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or had direct contact with an individual diagnosed with or suspected to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
